LCSA Stands in Solidarity with Working people
LCSA Northwest striking workers support
LCSA coordinates with SnowCap Community Charities and other organizations to provide resources and support to striking union members.
Support LCSA can provide:
Food box coordination and delivery.
Resource navigation to access available community resources.
Provide food, water, and other supplies to members at picket and strike lines.
LCSA may also be available to support a special referral program to distribute funds to striking workers using your organization’s dedicated strike funds for housing assistance, utility bills and food. Availability of special referral programs may be limited due to LCSA seasonal program and event needs. Connect with Shammra Lacy, LCSA's Executive Director to confirm availability and coordinate deployment of this resource.
Note: LCSA is a non-profit organization and required to follow IRS 501(c)(3) rules and regulations. Following restricted fund rules for non-profits, funds donated to LCSA’s ongoing Helping Hands referral program cannot be used to support financial assistance needs for workers on full, economic and unfair labor practice strikes.
